1 Introduction

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

3.2 Account Activity

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. jjwine reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to PKR 200 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from the remaining balance. You will be notified before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period without further notice.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) jjwine account only. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether by matching personal details, payment methods, device fingerprint, or IP address — the Company reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets, and forfeit any bonuses credited to those accounts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jjwine accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods:

4.2 Deposit Conditions

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the same account, or to a verified account held in the same name as the registered jjwine player. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC identity verification. The Company targets withdrawal processing within five (5) business minutes for verified accounts, though actual timescales may vary depending on payment provider processing times.

4.4 Currency

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited, after which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jjwine monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or systematically exploiting promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Company reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to close the account in question.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation

jjwine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Promotions are only available to players who meet the eligibility criteria as stated in each offer.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the jjwine platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting market. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these rules before placing any wager. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except in circumstances expressly permitted by jjwine's betting rules.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jjwine platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

jjwine reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:
